Refund Policy
Introduction
EKS Consulting is committed to providing high-quality immigration and intellectual property consulting services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid services or consultations.
Consultation Fees
All consultation fees are paid in advance.
Consultation fees are deductible from the final service fees when you proceed with the application.
Refunds for consultation fees are not provided if the consultation has already been conducted.
Service Fees
Service fees paid for immigration or intellectual property services may be partially refundable depending on the stage of service delivery.
Once an application is submitted to the relevant authorities (e.g., IRCC, WIPO), service fees are non-refundable.
Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to eks.immigration@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.
Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and EKS Consulting reserves the right to approve or decline a refund based on the service stage and work completed.
Non-Refundable Items
Government or third-party fees (e.g., IRCC fees, trademark filing fees) are non-refundable.
Fees for consultations that have been scheduled and attended are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where EKS Consulting is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for the service fee paid.
